1:10-2:00 Deep Water Workout

9:30-10:30 Mind Body Flow (bring your own yoga mat)

10:45-11:30 Sit Fit - Gentle 1 Fitness

11:45-12:45 Everfit - Gentle 3 Fitness

​Mondays:

745-840AM Strength and Stability-7 weeks progressive, registered program

*No class August 4, worksheet provided to do on your own

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

8-845AM Strength Mixer

Fitness class focused on a mix of strength, cardio, balance and core. Ideally a 10x10 ish space that you can move around along with dumb bells or household items to push, pull and press, a resistance band and a mat  

​

Thursdays:

9-10AM Breath, Balance & Build

Yoga flow class focusing on breath, balance and strength only a mat required, blocks if you like.
