12 weeks repeating progressive strength work out, drop in is OK,  best results by committing to showing up weekly!

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

8-845AM Strength Mixer

Fitness class focused on a mix of strength, cardio, balance and core. Ideally a 10x10 ish space that you can move around along with dumb bells or household items to push, pull and press, a resistance band and a mat  

Thursdays:

9-10 AM Breathe, Balance & Build

Yoga flow class focusing on breath, balance and strength only a mat required, blocks if you like.

930-1030 Gentle Fitness - Strength & Balance
You will be guided through functional movement patterns in a fun and easy to follow class that helps build strength and stamina for everyday life. Classes focus on activities of daily life such as sitting, standing, reaching and stepping to build and maintain a capable and confident physical body. You will practice balance and stability while strengthening your core, arms and
legs. A variety of equipment including chairs, dumbbells and fitness balls will be used and provided to support a safe and welcoming workout. All levels are invited.
11-12 Yoga - Build, Balance & Breathe
BBB is a calm and steady practice rooted in functional movement to experience the positive effects of yoga that help increase mobility, reduce pain and improve mental health. We build stamina with light strength work to support everyday life, explore balance to support the body
and mind as a whole and use the breath to guide each transition. The pace is unhurried and supportive, creating space to move with awareness and confidence. Designed with seniors in mind and welcoming to anyone who enjoys a gentler flow. All levels are invited.
630-730 Yoga - Vinyasa Flow
Welcome to your strength focused, breath led flow session designed to help you feel powerful and grounded in your body. Expect to move with intention, linking asanas in a way that feels smooth, athletic and energizing. Options are always offered so you can meet yourself exactly where you are that day. Come ready to move, breathe and leave feeling strong in all the right
ways. All levels are invited.
745-845 Yoga - Restorative
Restorative is your invitation to step away from the hustle of life and gift yourself a deeply relaxing hour each week. Expect slow, intentional movement, long supported holds and plenty
of space to soften into stillness. This chill practice allows the body and nervous system to rest and reset. You will spend most of the class close to the ground, supported by props and settling into comfortable shapes that invite ease rather than effort. This is your time to unplug, breathe
and simply be, without needing to achieve or accomplish anything.
