I am a senior, 70+. I knew I needed to work on strength and mobility. Mandy encourages me to push beyond what i think I can do. I have always been fairly active, walking and deep water workouts, not always consistently. I have been attending the online classes now for almost a year and they have become a part of my day. It helps to have a group to be accountable to. Thank you Mandy and all the people who attend regularly.

More than likely it has allowed me to walk rather than ride when golfing and maintain a single digit handicap keep my weight down look and feel good (for the most part)

9-9:45 AM Breath, Balance & Build
Yoga flow class focusing on breath, balance and strength only a mat required, blocks if you like.
